Palomar was designed by combining the refined tastes and rich savors of the menu of the restaurant itself. The color scheme that was used can be defined as static as the menu generally consists of sea-food. The aim was to reflect the classic colors in a modern environment with brass detailing. The calm colors along gleaming lighting created a sumptuous and elegant visual experience. In accordance with the target customer of the restaurant, the seating arrangement was kept diverse and comfortable to be able to present multiple choices to the clientele. The wooden panels used on the wall surfaces accentuate the table organization. The choice of black marble on the floor creates a neutral space and forces the perceptive to the table level.
